Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual - Spanish required or helpful.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to provide timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations and achieve individual and branch goals.
• Engage customers through multiple channels to present tailored loan solutions.
• Manage the loan life cycle, including collections, in compliance with laws.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
