You’ll multitask in a dynamic role, exceed customer expectations, and guide clients through loan processes, from application through lifecycle and possible collections, while staying compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic needs to deliver timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with ease, empathy, and encouragement to meet branch goals.
• Engage customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle with tailored solutions.
• Manage loan lifecycle including collections while complying with laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Explain loan options and optional insurance products to customers clearly.
