OneMain is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to help customers access friendly, fast financing for life's expenses. The role emphasizes empathy, sales and service in a competitive but supportive environment.

You will manage the loan life cycle, engage customers through multiple channels, and work toward branch goals while adhering to applicable laws. On-site schedule Monday–Friday with occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred sales/collections or customer service experience.
• Bilingual - Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands to ensure timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and drive to meet branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by guiding customers through the loan process.
• Manage loan life cycle, including collections while complying with laws.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Show passion for achievement and maintain a goal-oriented mindset.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
