Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• 2+ years Personal Lines insurance sales in a retail agency environment preferred.
• Proven ability to develop referral sources and COIs through networking.
• Strong consultative selling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to generate Personal Lines opportunities.
• Manage pipeline via networking, referrals, community involvement, and relationship-building activities.
• Develop long-term client relationships, conduct client reviews, and identify opportunities to strengthen coverage.
• Assess client needs, analyze exposures, and recommend insurance solutions.
• Market and place insurance programs by negotiating coverage with carrier partners.
• Collaborate with internal partners across divisions to cross-sell and grow the book.
• Establish and maintain referrals with Realtors, Mortgage Professionals, and Financial Advisors.
• Represent IOA at networking events and community functions to generate opportunities.
