Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• 2+ years of Personal Lines insurance sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to generate new business and grow client relationships.
• Ability to develop referral sources and Centers of Influence.
• Strong consultative selling, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to generate Personal Lines opportunities.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through networking and referrals.
• Develop long-term client relationships and conduct client reviews.
• Assess client needs and recommend insurance solutions aligned with goals and risk profiles.
• Market and place insurance programs with carrier partners to secure competitive options.
• Collaborate with internal teams and carriers for cross-selling and client service.
