Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Personal Lines Producer for a hybrid role in the Cleveland, OH area. You will drive new business growth by developing client relationships, cultivating referral networks, and serving as a trusted advisor for personal insurance solutions.

You will leverage industry knowledge and partner with carriers and internal teams to achieve sales and retention goals while representing IOA at events and in the community.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• 2+ years of Personal Lines insurance sales experience in a retail agency environment preferred.
• Proven ability to develop referral sources and Centers of Influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to generate Personal Lines opportunities.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through networking and referrals.
• Develop long-term client relationships and conduct reviews to identify opportunities for coverage improvement.
• Consultatively assess client needs and recommend insurance solutions aligned with goals and risk profiles.
• Market and place insurance programs by negotiating options with carrier partners.
• Cross-sell and collaborate with internal teams across divisions to grow accounts.
• Establish and maintain strategic referral partnerships with Realtors, Mortgage Professionals, Financial Advisors and others.
• Represent IOA at networking events and community functions to build market presence.
• Leverage LinkedIn and other networks to build credibility and expand relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of carrier appetites and market trends to provide informed recommendations.
• Partner with service teams to ensure a seamless client experience and retention.
• Demonstrate professionalism and align with IOA's Core Values.
