Washtenaw Insurance Services – Farm Bureau is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support personal lines insurance customers, including auto and home policies. Training is provided, and licensing costs are covered for unlicensed hires.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help customers with questions about their personal insurance policies and coverage.
• Build positive relationships with clients and provide friendly, responsive service.
• Assist with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and general account needs.
• Explain insurance options and help customers understand their coverage.
• Identify opportunities to review coverage and recommend additional protection when appropriate.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and other channels.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Work with the team to ensure customers receive timely, helpful service.
