Role Description

The Personal Lines Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in St Clair Shores, MI. This role is responsible for assisting personal lines clients with policy inquiries, coverage changes, billing questions, and claim support. Daily tasks include answering phone calls and emails, providing quotes and renewals, processing policy updates, and maintaining accurate customer records in the agency management system.
