Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training.
• Associate's degree (A.A.) from two-year college/technical school; or equivalent combination of education and related experience/training.
• Property & Casualty License required.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with customers and agents; respond to inquiries about insurance availability and policy coverages.
• Follow up with policyholders regarding underwriting requests to issue new business or endorsements.
• Complete Replacement Cost Estimator (RCE) on homeowner coverage changes.
• Communicate with customers, agents and vendors in written, verbal and electronic form.
• Record detailed notes of interactions and transactions for inquiries, quotes, issuance and actions taken.
• Identify sales opportunities and upsell or cross-sell Personal Lines products.
