• Typing speed 45+ WPM and comfort with MS Office.
• Self-starter who can work independently and multi-task.
• Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain exceptional client relationships.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Discuss coverage needs, billing concerns, and process policy changes.
• Provide policy reviews and remarket renewals when needed.
• Support retention goals by following agency processes.
