You will establish strong client relationships, review policies, process changes, and contribute to retention initiatives while delivering best-in-class customer service in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Property and Casualty license.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic typing (45+ WPM).
• Self-starter who works well independently.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain exceptional client relationships.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
• Discuss coverage needs, billing concerns, and policy changes.
• Review policies and remarket renewals as appropriate.
• Support retention goals through compliant service processes.
