NavSav is seeking a passionate Personal Lines Account Manager to support client services and retention in one of our local offices. We are a growing independent agency with access to 150+ carriers and 75+ locations nationwide.

The ideal candidate will drive growth and retention, provide best-in-class service, discuss coverage needs, and help clients prepare for the unexpected. If this sounds like you, NavSav is ready for you!

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license required.
• Pass background check.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet browsers.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop exceptional customer relationships.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Discuss client coverage needs, gaps, billing concerns, policy changes and process changes.
• Provide policy reviews and remarket renewals as needed for clients.
• Contribute to agency goals by following retention processes.
