NavSav Insurance is seeking a passionate Personal Lines Account Manager to support client services and retention across our local Texas office. The role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, addressing coverage needs, and driving retention through proactive service and reviews.

Ideal candidates will hold a Property & Casualty license, bring customer service experience, and be proficient with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Licensed Property & Casualty preferred.
• Experience in customer service roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic internet navigation.
• Self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop exceptional customer relationships.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Discuss client coverage needs, gaps, billing concerns, policy changes and process changes.
• Provide policy reviews and remarket renewals as needed.
• Contribute to retention goals by following established processes.
