The ideal candidate holds a Property and Casualty license, has customer service experience, and excels in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will manage policy changes, renewals, and client relationships to drive satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required and a background in personal lines preferred.
• Property and Casualty license required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard office tools.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop exceptional customer relationships
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
• Discuss client coverage needs, gaps, billing concerns, policy changes and process any needed policy changes
• Providing policy reviews as appropriate and remarketing policy renewals as needed for client
• Contribute to individual goals and agency success by following our set retention processes
