NavSav is seeking a passionate Personal Lines Account Manager to join our local office and help deliver best-in-class client services and retention in a fast-growing independent agency.

You will establish relationships, review coverage needs, handle policy changes, and support renewals while providing prompt, accurate service to clients across our carrier network. Knowledge of P&C licensing, strong communication, and ability to multi-task in a busy environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license is required.
• Pass background check.
• Customer service experience is mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop exceptional customer relationships.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Discuss client coverage needs, gaps, billing concerns, and process policy changes.
• Provide policy reviews and remarket renewals as needed.
• Contribute to retention goals by following established processes.
