The ideal candidate holds a Property and Casualty license, has strong communication skills, and can work independently while using MS Office and online tools to service accounts and process policy changes.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license required.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web tools.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop exceptional customer relationships.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Discuss client coverage needs, gaps, billing concerns, policy changes, etc., and process changes.
• Provide policy reviews and remarket renewals as needed.
• Contribute to agency retention goals by following defined processes.
