Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Property & Casualty Insurance license required.
• 5+ years Personal Lines insurance experience, including sales or sales management.

Responsibilities

• Training, coaching, and developing producers in conjunction with corporate product and sales training programs.
• Directs and monitors producer sales plans, goals, activities, and pipeline management.
• Partner with bank leadership and internal stakeholders to promote insurance solutions as part of a holistic client and colleague experience.
• Assist with prospect inventory development and referral generation opportunities.
• Manage producers to properly document sales activities within the agency management system.
• Support cross-sell activities among insurance lines and bank partners to maximize relationship value and customer penetration.
• Reinforce agency standards, monitor performance metrics, and implement process improvements to enhance customer and colleague experiences.
• Develop and implement producer succession plans for departing sales team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
