• 7+ years of leadership experience in Property & Casualty Commercial Lines.
• Property & Casualty license (must obtain within 90 days of role).
• Other insurance licenses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute Sales Strategy: oversee annual sales plan and growth initiatives.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Management with internal bank partnerships.
• Implement and monitor the sales process.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting and performance of producers.
