Job summary

Huntington Insurance is seeking an Insurance Sales Leader to recruit, coach, and drive the growth of a regional sales team. You will oversee new business, client retention, and profitability while aligning with national sales leadership and key partners.

The role requires demonstrated leadership in property and casualty insurance, strong strategic and relationship skills, and the ability to manage performance across markets. Office-based with potential flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 7+ years of leadership in P&C commercial lines for a regional or large national broker.
• Property & Casualty license (must obtain within 90 days).
• Other insurance licenses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategy to achieve growth and profitability across markets.
• Engage clients and manage relationships with internal bank partners and COIs.
• Implement and monitor sales processes; manage pipeline, forecasts, and performance.
• Identify and recruit sales talent; mentor and develop producers and support teams.
• Provide monthly data for forecasts and business reviews; perform other duties as assigned.
