Job summary

• Train, coach, and develop producers and service team members with product and sales training programs.
• Direct and monitor producer sales plans, goals, activities, and pipeline management.
• Partner with bank leadership to promote insurance solutions as part of the client experience.
• Document sales and service activities accurately in the agency management system.
• Monitor cross-sell activities across insurance lines and bank partners to maximize value.
