Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking an Insurance Solutions Manager - Licensed to build strong relationships with segment partners, promote our insurance capabilities, and refer clients to the insurance team, with a focus on Life Insurance and opportunities in personal lines and small business.

The role requires licenses (Series 6/7, Life), a Bachelor's degree, and proven sales experience; travel across the footprint to present products, train bankers, and drive referral production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Series 6 and/or 7 licenses required.
• Life Insurance license – minimum 3 years sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong business relationships with regional leaders and colleagues.
• Develop marketing plans and referrals following management directions.
• Act as primary contact for training bankers on insurance products and processes.
• Drive leads to insurance across personal lines, small business, and life.
• Run reports and respond to questions about leads in Max.
• Travel across footprint to meet partners and present products.
