• MS Office proficiency and ability to master the agency management system.
• P&C Broker license required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Personal Lines Manager to identify target markets and develop offerings.
• Generate new leads and accounts via referrals, networking, and digital outreach.
• Educate clients on coverage options and close new personal lines policies.
• Maintain thorough client activity records in the agency management system.
• Support renewal processes by reviewing upcoming renewals with Account Manager.
