Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete applications and rate risks for new & renewal business.
• Provide complete and accurate submissions to carriers.
• Solicit coverage for lines of business not carried by the agency.
• Take claim reports and submit to carrier.
• Before renewal, prepare key accounts for review and update files.
• Process endorsements and cancellations.
• Referrals for loans, deposits, trust, and merchant services.
• Ensure agency management system contains accurate policy and client information.
• Accept customer payments according to agency procedures.
