Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking two dedicated Personal Lines Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join a growing team in Lancaster, PA. This on-site role focuses on providing comprehensive service for personal lines accounts with an emphasis on accuracy and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a valid Property & Casualty license, at least 2 years of personal lines experience, and strong communication with a willingness to learn HawkSoft (training provided).

Qualifications

• License: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
• Familiarity with HawkSoft software is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service support for personal lines accounts, including policy changes, renewals, and inquiries.
• Handle 90% renewal business and 10% new business quoting.
• Maintain client records using HawkSoft.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with responsiveness and professionalism.
• Collaborate with team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service support for personal lines insurance accounts, including policy changes, renewals, and customer inquiries.
• Handle 90% renewal business and 10% new business quoting.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using HawkSoft software (training provided).
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with HawkSoft software is a plus, but training will be provided.

• Work Environment: Preference for on-site work in Lancaster, PA, but hybrid arrangements may be considered.
