Chan Wright Insurance Agency Inc. is seeking a licensed, full-time Personal Lines Customer Service Representative with 4+ years’ experience in an independent agency. The ideal candidate will be friendly, well-organized, and capable of handling policy changes, renewals, and client inquiries with care.

You will work with auto, home, business, and life products and have opportunities to earn more income through life insurance sales and bonuses. Erie Insurance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed Personal Lines CSR with 4+ years in an independent agency.
• Comfortable selling auto, home, business and life insurance.
• Experience with Personal Lines and service delivery at an independent agency.
• License: Property & Casualty (ANY state).
• License: Life (ANY state).

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries regarding policies and service needs.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Review renewals and assist with remarketing accounts as needed.
• Quote and rate new business and renewal policies using carrier rating systems.
• Assist with claims processing and resolve billing issues.
• Cross-sell and round out accounts, including Life insurance coverage.

What We Are Seeking

We are seeking a licensed full-time experienced Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR). Good work ethic, well organized, super friendly and caring with strong Personal Lines experience are key qualities that will set a candidate apart. This person must be comfortable with selling insurance products like auto, home, business and life insurance. There will be opportunities to earn more income with life insurance sales and bonuses.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries regarding policies, coverage, and service needs.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Review renewals, monitor renewal expirations, and assist with remarketing accounts when needed.
• Quote and rate new business and renewal policies using carrier rating systems. Experience with Erie Insurance is highly desired.
• Assist with claims processing and resolve billing and payment issues.
• Cross-sell and round out accounts by identifying opportunities for additional insurance products including Life insurance coverage.
