Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking two Professional Personal Lines Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in a high-growth environment focused on delivering exceptional service to clients. Ideal candidates will have a Personal Property & Casualty license and at least two years of personal lines experience.

You will provide A-Z servicing for personal lines accounts, focusing on high-net-worth clients, manage renewals, and support policy changes.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years in personal lines insurance.
• Familiarity with HawkSoft software is a plus; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide A-Z servicing for personal lines insurance accounts, focusing on high-net-worth clients.
• Handle 90% renewal business and 10% new business.
• Utilize HawkSoft software for account management (training provided if necessary).
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, processing policy changes, and ensuring timely renewals.
