The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our in-office team in Beaverton, OR. You will manage a book of personal lines clients, focusing on renewals, endorsements, and changes while maintaining strong client relationships.

With a minimum of five years in an independent insurance agency, you will collaborate with multiple carriers to tailor solutions and provide exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of independent insurance agency experience servicing a book of business.
• Experience with multiple insurance carriers is preferred.
• HawkSoft software familiarity is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of servicing a book of personal lines insurance business, with a focus on standard and some high-net-worth accounts.
• Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and changes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction.
• Quote new and renewal business, with a primary focus on renewals.
• Work with multiple insurance carriers to meet client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an independent insurance agency, with a proven track record of servicing a book of business and working with multiple carriers. Candidates with less experience may be considered but are not preferred.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with HawkSoft software is a plus but not required.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Work Environment: Must be comfortable working in a fully in-office setting with no remote or hybrid options.
