Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking two dedicated Personal Lines Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join a growing team in Lancaster, PA. This role focuses on high-quality service for personal lines accounts, handling policy changes, renewals, and client inquiries.

Ideal candidates will hold an active Property & Casualty license, have at least two years in personal lines, and be comfortable with HawkSoft (training provided). On-site work preferred, with potential hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Minimum of 2 years in personal lines insurance.
• Familiarity with HawkSoft software; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service support for personal lines accounts, including policy changes, renewals, and inquiries.
• Handle 90% renewal business and 10% new business quoting.
• Maintain accurate client records using HawkSoft (training provided).
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
