Job summary

Chatterton Insurance, Inc. is seeking a licensed full-time Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR).

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, knowledgeable, driven and dedicated with strong personal lines experience, to support policy administration and client service. You will handle auto and homeowners policies, renewals, endorsements, inquiries, and maintain accurate records in AMS360 while coordinating with carriers and the internal team.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Property & Casualty (ANY state).
• Minimum of 4 years of Personal Lines experience with an independent agency.
• Strong working knowledge of the AMS360 agency management system.

Responsibilities

• Assist with serving personal lines policies, including but not limited to, auto and homeowners’ insurance.
• Support policy renewals, endorsements and basic policy changes.
• Respond to client inquiries and direct requests appropriately.
• Communicate with insurance carriers and internal team members as needed.
• Maintain accurate client and policy records in the agency management system (AMS360).
• Learn to identify coverage needs and support coverage recommendations.
• Provide professional, courteous service to clients at all times.
