Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Personal Insurance Agent in Wenatchee, WA. Join a team focused on personal lines servicing and delivering exceptional customer service in a disciplined, supportive environment.

You will handle renewals, endorsements, and standard servicing tasks, with approximately 80% service work and 20% inbound sales. A Property & Casualty license and 3–5+ years’ experience are preferred; Applied Epic familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in personal lines servicing.
• P&C license required.
• Experience with personal lines servicing, renewals, and endorsements.
• Familiarity with Applied Epic is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to personal insurance clients, with a focus on renewals, endorsements, and standard servicing tasks.
• Handle 80% service-related tasks and 20% inbound sales.
• Manage and process personal lines accounts, including smaller accounts and delegated tasks based on experience.
• Conduct quoting for new and renewal business as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Compensation Package

• Salary: Up to $70,000 annually, based on experience.
