Qualifications

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with personal lines insurance products.
• Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Assist clients with policy renewals, endorsements, and claims processing.
• Educate clients on available insurance options and recommend appropriate coverage based on their needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to the overall success of the department.
• Utilize company software to document client interactions and maintain accurate records.
