Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Personal Lines Client Service Manager in Florida to deliver responsive, high-quality support while developing skills to become a trusted partner to clients. You will work in a digitally evolving environment with tools that streamline service and elevate performance, setting you up for rapid growth.

This is a hybrid position with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. If you’re passionate about building relationships, solving problems, and making a real impact,

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service, insurance, or related experience.
• Hold a P&C license or commit to obtaining it within 90 days.
• Communicate clearly with clients and explain coverage and next steps.
• Stay organized and detail-oriented across tasks and priorities.
• Demonstrate a client-first mindset, with responsiveness and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted contact within a pooled model, delivering responsive, accurate support.
• Manage inbound and outbound interactions across channels with clear, relationship-focused communication.
• Handle billing inquiries and guide payments and resolutions.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations and renewals accurately.
• Explain coverage, exclusions, and options in client-friendly terms.
• Support claims by guiding next steps and setting expectations.
• Take a proactive, consultative approach to strengthen coverage solutions.
