Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service, insurance, or related experience.
• P&C license or commitment to obtain within 90 days.
• Clear, client-friendly communication of coverage and next steps.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted contact within a pooled model, delivering responsive, accurate support across Personal Lines needs.
• Manage inbound/outbound interactions across channels with clear, relationship-focused service.
• Handle billing inquiries, guiding payments and resolutions toward timely outcomes.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals accurately and compliantly.
• Explain coverage and options in a clear, client-friendly way.
• Support claims by guiding next steps and setting expectations.
• Use digital tools to deliver faster, streamlined service.
• Build trust through high-quality interactions that drive retention.
