Qualifications

• Progressive experience in insurance client service or account management, handling moderately complex Personal Lines accounts independently.
• Active P&C license with strong knowledge of coverage, policy terms, endorsements, and service processes.
• Ability to provide expert guidance on complex client inquiries with a consultative approach.
• Strong communication style that builds trust and simplifies complexity.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and renewal timelines.
