Western Dakota Insurors, Inc. seeks an energetic Commercial Lines Account Assistant/Customer Service Representative to support our Commercial Lines team.

You will handle policy changes, respond to client and carrier requests, maintain accurate account information, assist with billing, and learn insurance rating systems and agency procedures. We provide comprehensive training, one-on-one mentorship, and opportunities for professional development to build a long-term career in insurance.

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain property and casualty license.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers and Producers.
• Maintain contact with clients to ensure best customer service.
• Maintain communication with underwriters and market agency clients.
• Process policy changes, proposals, quote reviews, rating duties, etc.

As a Commercial Lines Account Assistant/Customer Service Representative, you\'ll play an important role in supporting our Commercial Lines team. Responsibilities include processing policy changes, responding to client and carrier requests, maintaining accurate account information, assisting with billing, preparing certificates of insurance, and learning insurance rating systems and agency procedures. At WDI, we believe in investing in our employees. We provide comprehensive training, one-on-one mentorship, and opportunities for professional development to help you build a successful long-term career in the insurance industry. We cover the cost of obtaining your Property & Casualty license as well as approved continuing education. Previous insurance experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
