Western Dakota Insurors, Inc. (WDI) seeks an energetic Commercial Lines Account Assistant/CSR to support our Commercial Lines team in Rapid City. Responsibilities include processing policy changes, responding to client and carrier requests, and preparing certificates of insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to obtain property and casualty license at our cost.
• High School Diploma required.
• Post-secondary degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers and Producers.
• Maintain contact with clients to ensure the best customer service.
• Maintain communication with underwriters.
• Market agency clients to insurance companies.
• Complete policy changes, proposals, quote reviews, rating duties, etc.
