Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a dynamic Personal Lines Account Manager to join our Mobile-area team. You will manage personal lines accounts, service renewals, quotes, and build strong client relationships in the community.

Qualified candidates have a P&C license, at least 3 years in personal lines, and a track record of networking and referrals. Proficiency with Hawksoft and a book of business are preferred. Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 with a 30% commission on new business.

Qualifications

• P&C license required.
• Minimum of 3 years as a Personal Lines Account Manager.
• Existing book of business preferred.
• Proficiency with Hawksoft software.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service personal lines accounts, including quoting new and renewal business.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, mortgage companies, and real estate professionals in the Mobile area.
• Engage in community events to drive referrals and generate new business opportunities.
• Bring in new referrals monthly to support agency growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless account management.
