Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking an entry-level Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join a close-knit team. You will manage personal lines accounts, including auto, home, and RVs, and provide responsive customer service while supporting administrative tasks.

In this role, you will process policy changes, cancellations, and payments, assist with importing reports, and support the quoting process for new and renewal business. A P&C license and AMS360 familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance, preferably with an independent agency.
• Familiarity with AMS360 software; training provided for the right candidate.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal lines insurance accounts, including auto, home, and recreational vehicles (boats, RVs, etc.).
• Process policy changes, cancellations, and payments.
• Assist with downloading reports and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Support the quoting process for new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly goals and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
