Job summary

The Jonus Group in Everett, WA is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. You will manage a book of business valued at $1.5M–$2M in premium, serving standard households and select high-net-worth clients.

You will quote and re-quote policies using an automated system, handle new and renewal business, and collaborate with carriers like Nationwide, Safeco, Liberty, and Nat Gen. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; Life & Health (L&H) license preferred but not mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience in personal lines insurance; independent agency preferred, captive experience considered.
• Familiarity with Applied EPIC is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business with $1.5M–$2M in premium, focusing on standard households and some high-net-worth accounts.
• Utilize an automated system for quoting and re-quoting policies, ensuring accurate and timely client presentations.
• Handle new and renewal business quotes, with occasional cross-selling and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with top carriers, including Nationwide, Safeco, Liberty, and Nat Gen.
• Maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing client needs promptly.
