Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a dynamic Personal Lines Account Manager to join our Mobile-area team. You will manage personal lines accounts, service renewals, quotes, and build strong client relationships in the community.

Qualified candidates have a P&C license, at least 3 years in personal lines, and a track record of networking and referrals. Proficiency with Hawksoft and a book of business are preferred. Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 with a 30% commission on new business.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and service personal lines accounts, including quoting new and renewal business.

• Bring in new referrals monthly to support agency growth.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 (negotiable based on experience and book of business)
• Commission: 30% on every $20,000 in new business

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Personal Lines Account Manager.
• Preferred: Candidates with an existing book of business that can be transitioned.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Hawksoft software is preferred.
