Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager in Herndon, VA to support a growing client base with exceptional service. This onsite role focuses on servicing personal lines accounts, handling renewals, endorsements, and policy changes while pursuing cross-sell opportunities.

The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license, has 5+ years of personal lines experience, and is proficient with EPIC software.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in personal lines account management.
• Experience with EPIC software is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts.
• Handle all aspects of account servicing, including renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Cross-sell additional products and services when applicable to meet client needs.
• Quote new and renewal business to ensure competitive pricing and coverage.
• Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
