Job summary

Patriot Growth Insurance Services, LLC in New York is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to deliver exceptional service and manage day-to-day client accounts across carriers. You will coordinate with producers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the policy lifecycle.

You will process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and claims while maintaining accurate files in the agency management system.

Qualifications

• Active NY Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• 3+ years of experience managing Personal Lines insurance accounts.
• Experience supporting policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, quoting, or claims activities within a Personal Lines environment.
• Proficiency with agency management systems, carrier portals, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for personal lines clients via phone, email, and in person.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and new business accurately per carrier guidelines.
• Support clients through the claims process by facilitating submissions, providing updates, and coordinating with carriers and adjusters.
• Maintain complete and accurate account documentation within the agency management system to ensure strong service and compliance standards.
• Communicate proactively regarding coverage updates, billing questions, policy changes, and service requests to enhance the client experience.
• Collaborate with producers, carriers, underwriting teams, and internal colleagues to resolve issues and deliver effective solutions.
