• Explain procedures, system processes, and authorization updates clearly to patients.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with referring doctors and facilities.

• Keep an up-to-date task list to ensure deadlines and follow-ups are met.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and manage voicemails and emails.
• Coordinate patient appointments, especially for new referrals.
• Gather insurance and attorney information for new and past patients and prepare authorizations.
• Coordinate with doctors and insurance reviewers for Peer-to-Peer discussions as needed.
• Print updated patient summaries and ensure clinic readiness for next day.
