You will spearhead settlement demands, negotiate with insurers and defense counsel, and maintain meticulous case records. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Personal Injury Law, proven experience negotiating high-value claims over 250k, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury Law.
• Experience negotiating high-value claims ($250k+)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct settlement negotiations with insurers and defense firms to maximize client recoveries.
• Review and analyze demands to identify key issues, damages, and liability.
• Develop negotiation strategies considering policy limits and defense positions.
• Communicate effectively with adjusters, counsel, and stakeholders to settle and resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed records of all negotiations (correspondence, calls, meetings).
• Monitor case status and ensure timely client communication and resolution.
