Qualifications

• Two years or more of relevant writing or case-management experience.
• Excellent writing, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to organize complex information and develop clear narratives.

Responsibilities

• Draft persuasive demand packages for submission to insurance carriers.
• Review case files, medical records, bills, and supporting documentation to present damages accurately.
• Collaborate with attorneys and the Demands Team to support settlements and evaluate offers.
• Prepare counter-demands and communicate with insurance carriers and adjusters.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and families about injuries and case progress.
