Titan Law Firm in Beverly Hills is seeking a full-time Case Manager for a demanding personal injury practice. The role includes client intake, case management, document handling, and collaboration with paralegals and attorneys.

You will manage claims, obtain and organize medical records, draft LORs and demands, coordinate with insurance providers, and ensure timely case progression from intake to disbursement. A strong focus on client communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have personal injury pre-litigation experience (1–3 years).
• Pre-litigation experience is required.
• Case management experience is required.
• Drafting demands and complaints, plus initial discovery.
• Forwarding complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process.
• Drafting discovery responses and calendaring litigation timelines.
• Keeping clients updated and maintaining communication across files.
• Assist in trial preparation and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Make introductory calls to new clients and complete case summaries.
• Complete intake/review if intake is not done.
• Conduct 2-week follow-up calls with clients to monitor treatment and attendance.
• Speak with clients to ensure high satisfaction and responsiveness.
