Titan Law Firm in Beverly Hills is seeking a full-time Case Manager with 1–3 years of personal injury pre-litigation experience. You will handle client intake, data collection, and all steps from intake to disbursement, coordinating with paralegals and attorneys to keep cases moving smoothly.

You will manage medical records, police reports, and insurance communications while maintaining Filevine case files and ensuring timely follow-ups with clients.

Qualifications

• Must have personal injury pre-litigation experience (1–3 years).
• Drafting Demands, Complaints and Initial Discovery familiarity.
• Ability to organize, coordinate intake, and follow up with clients.

Responsibilities

• Make introductory calls to new clients and complete case summaries.
• Handle intake, follow-up calls, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage documents: police reports, insurance, LORs, and medical records.
• Maintain Filevine updates and coordinate with paralegals and attorneys.
• Draft LORs, LOIs, and coordinate with providers for disbursements.
