Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury case management in a law firm or legal setting.
• Proven track record of pre-litigation and litigation support in PI cases.
• Experience coordinating medical treatment, drafting demand letters, and negotiating liens.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular case updates and inquiries.
• Collect, organize, and maintain case files including medical records and insurance docs.
• Coordinate medical treatment and communicate with healthcare providers.
• Draft demand letters, settlement packages, and other legal correspondence.
• Work with attorneys to prepare cases for negotiation, litigation, or trial.
• Monitor case progress and ensure timely follow-ups with insurers and counsel.
• Verify and negotiate medical liens to optimize settlements.
• Maintain accurate case notes in the case management system.
• Support attorneys with discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
