Titan Law Firm in Beverly Hills is seeking a full-time Case Manager with personal injury pre-litigation experience to join our small, close-knit team. The role focuses on client interaction, document and claims management, and efficient case workflows in a busy, supportive office.

You will handle intake calls, prepare case summaries, manage police reports, set up claims, and coordinate with paralegals and attorneys. A proactive, fast typist with strong communication will thrive here.

Qualificações

• Must have personal injury pre-litigation experience (1–3 years).
• Drafting demands, complaints and discovery documents.
• Forwarding complaints to process servers and tracking service of process.
• Calendaring litigation timelines and depositions.
• Drafting and filing standard motions and responses.
• Status update calls with clients and coordinating with the team.
• Strong communication and fast typing skills are valued.

Responsabilidades

• Make introductory calls to new clients and prepare case summaries.
• Complete intake/review if intake is not yet done.
• Conduct 2-week follow-up calls to monitor treatment and doctor visits.
• Speak with clients to ensure satisfaction and responsiveness.
• Obtain police reports and set up claims, including health insurance.
• Send Letters of Representation and collect required documents.
• Keep Filevine up to date and coordinate with paralegal/attorney.
• Draft Letters of Protection and manage disbursements and checks.
