Job summary

Socket.dev is looking for a Case Manager to run the day-to-day operations for a personal injury caseload. You will keep clients informed, coordinate medical treatment, chase records and bills, build the file toward a demand, and ensure nothing sits still.

This role interfaces with clients and attorneys, requires outstanding organization, calm communication under pressure, and the ability to manage multiple active files while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in personal injury case management or related field.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage a high volume of active files.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and consistent follow through.
• Experience with cloud-based case management software.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for an assigned caseload.
• Provide proactive status updates on a set cadence to clients.
• Coordinate medical treatment, referrals, diagnostics, and follow-up.
• Document client interactions in the case management system.
• Review records for accuracy and prepare demand packages.
• Open claims, confirm coverage, and maintain communication with adjusters.
